The Master of Arts in Ecclesial Administration and Management (MEAM) equips clergy and laity with the skills needed for effective Church leadership by integrating best-practice financial and managerial expertise with a deep understanding of the Church’s supernatural mission to evangelize and sanctify. Through innovative training, the program fosters the ability to organize and manage the material and personnel resources critical to Church administration, emphasizing the primacy of its spiritual objectives. Students learn to navigate daily administrative tasks efficiently, address challenges proactively, and acquire tools for identifying, resolving, and preventing financial and managerial crises, ensuring the Church’s mission thrives in a well-managed environment.
