“I was in prison and you visited me.”
With these words, Jesus challenges us to see God Himself in those who are often forgotten or unwanted. His invitation is to proactively accompany others in need.
Catholic International University’s prison ministry program is a direct response to this call to serve.
Join us in this living response to the Gospel and be reminded of your “Yes!” every time you see your monthly contribution on your checking account or credit card statement.
Make a monthly recurring gift of $25.36 today, and help turn a prison cell into a classroom of hope and true redemption.
Approximately 30,000 incarcerated students are served every year through our digital continuing education courses made available in more than 1,600 prisons throughout the United States. Over 4 million lessons in theology have been accessed since inception, with a completion rate of 88%.
Catholic International is also in prisons without digital access, offering printed correspondence courses and sharing the light of Christ with men and women living in the darkness of sin and despair. Your support is changing lives— reducing recidivism, facilitating conversions and having a ripple effect within larger prison populations and families back at home.
Your monthly gift of $25.36 will support the continued development of new and updated Catholic content for the incarcerated, in English and in Spanish. It will provide the foundation needed for inmates to know Jesus and confidently lead Bible studies behind prison walls. And it will be a joyful reminder of recognizing Jesus in others and responding to Him with love.
Help bring Catholic education, spiritual formation, and the hope of Christ to incarcerated men and women.
Your monthly gift helps develop Catholic learning resources in English and Spanish and equips inmates to deepen their faith and lead Bible studies behind prison walls.
