Father Richard Mullins, C.O. is a priest of the Oratory of St. Philip Neri in Washington, DC. He has earned a Bachelors Degree in history and political science from Hight Point University, a Master of Divinity Degree from Mount Saint Mary’s Seminary, a Master of Ecclesial Administration and Management Degree from Catholic University of America, and is currently a candidate for a Doctor of Ministry Degree from Duke University. Ordained in 1995, he has held a variety of Pastoral placements and chancery appointments. He currently serves as Pastor of St. Thomas Apostle Parish in Washington, DC, and as an adjunct lecturer at The Catholic University of America. He speaks English and Spanish.
