RJ Amador is an entrepreneur, startup and business adviser, and experienced professor of business, entrepreneurship, and marketing. He further served for three years as Master Instructor of Rhetoric & Literature at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. As a serial entrepreneur, RJ has founded and operated businesses in OOH advertising, recycled products manufacturing, and social commerce. He was lately brought on as a business development director at a venture studio focused on bringing dual-use concepts to market that satisfy demand in both national security and commercial markets. RJ is passionate about the innovation lifecycle and strategic thinking, and he thrives as an adviser to founders and leaders focused on solving real-world problems with creative, value-driven solutions. RJ further serves as a commissioned officer in the Navy reserve, where he has led teams of 20+ specialists and supported operations at home and around the world. His military experience led him to serve on the board of Patrol Base Abbate, a 501c3 Veterans Service Organization striving to eliminate Veteran suicide in the United States by fostering community through its programming at its base in Montana and through regional chapters around the country.
