About James Lundholm-Eades, MBA

With over 50 years of leadership and ministry experience in the Catholic Church, James Lundholm-Eades has served in a wide range of contexts across Australia, the United States, and international mission settings. His roles have included directing Catholic Charities, overseeing archdiocesan operations for schools and parishes, and leading large-scale strategic restructuring efforts.

Jim has been a trusted coach to bishops and cardinals navigating complex administrative and pastoral challenges, and a consultant with Leadership Roundtable, where he developed models for diocesan reform and cultural renewal. He has taught Church management and finance at the Pontifical University of Santa Croce in Rome and has contributed widely to publications on Catholic leadership, education, counseling, and parish administration.

A licensed school superintendent and holder of multiple graduate degrees—including in business administration, educational leadership, and pastoral counseling—Jim remains deeply committed to integrating faith, leadership, and service. He is also a longtime retreat and spiritual director.

Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Jim now resides in Minnesota with his wife Kim. They have two adult children and four grandchildren.
