The Information Technology Services (ITS) department serves as the central point of contact for the university community, providing professional and friendly support to foster excellence in teaching, learning, and research.
Catholic International IT staff are committed to responding to all inquiries for assistance by the next business day. Based on the nature of the request, ITS staff will either resolve the issue directly or coordinate with relevant vendors, such as Instructure (Canvas) or Populi, to ensure timely support and resolution.

Support Guidelines
Catholic International IT Helpdesk standard support hours are 09:00 am to 05:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding University holidays. Email itsupport@catholiciu.edu for assistance and IT staff will reach out to assist you. Provide your name, telephone number, best time to reach you, and problem description. For IT assistance outside of normal business hours, if the problem is urgent, indicate the level of urgency in your email to itsupport@catholiciu.edu. If the issue is not urgent, the IT staff will address the issue on the next business day.
