About Roberto Dandi, PhD
Dr. Roberto Dandi holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Università degli Studi del Molise (Italy) and a Master of Science in Business Administration from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome. Recognized as an Associate Professor of Organization Studies by the Italian National Academic Qualification system, he currently coordinates Church Management initiatives at the Markets, Culture & Ethics Research Center at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross in Rome.
His academic career includes roles as Assistant Professor and Lecturer at LUISS Guido Carli University’s Department of Business and Management, Scientific Coordinator of educational programs at LUISS Business School, and Post-doctoral Research Scholar at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. As Assurance of Learning Coordinator, he contributed to LUISS Business School’s successful AACSB accreditation by designing and implementing a comprehensive assessment system.
Dr. Dandi’s research spans Church Management, Organizational Behavior, and Health Care Management, with current projects focused on transparency and accountability in ecclesiastical institutions and on health care integration. He has published in multiple academic journals, contributed to European research projects, and developed practical applications of organizational research across diverse settings.
Beyond academia, he serves as Vice President and Treasurer of Alpha Italia, an association dedicated to evangelization through Alpha courses.
