Scott M. Hamberger is the Vice Chairman of Zwiesel Fortessa Group and President Emeritus of Fortessa Tableware Solutions, LLC. As a co-founder of Fortessa, Scott oversaw the growth of this enterprise from a garage startup to international leader, as well as its expansion to several business units, all of which operate under the company core values: Loyalty, Integrity, Leadership and Innovation. He is a skilled strategic thinker with a particular talent for analysis, and marketing innovation. Scott demonstrates excellent communication skills and is an accomplished public speaker and writer. These talents give him an ability to identify, articulate, and lead the implementation of strategic plans. He focuses his efforts on ensuring that the Company has the key elements necessary for growth: governance, business development strategy, business processes, infrastructure, and capital.

In 2022 Scott collaborated with Andreas Buske, CEO of Zwiesel Kristallglas, AG to merge the two companies and form Zwiesel Fortessa Group, a global leader in the tableware industry. With over $200mm revenue and 1000 employees worldwide, the Group is one of the largest tableware companies in the world and boasts market-dominant positions in key geographies. The Group remains privately held by Scott and Andreas, with Andreas serving as Group CEO.
