Juan José Trujillo is a husband and father of four children. He is an educator and
author, holding a master’s degree in Pastoral Theology from the University of St.
Thomas. He is currently pursuing a master’s in Sacred Scripture. With over two
decades of experience in education, he has taught at the high school and
undergraduate levels. Juan Jose currently serves through Instituto Duc in Altum, which he established in the Diocese of Brownsville under the guidance of Bishop Daniel Flores.

Professional Contributions:
-Author: Juan José has written three books: El Silencio de los Buenos, Mar
Adentro Navegando Hacia El Encuentro, and Matrimonio, Misión Posible.
-Music Ministry: He is also a songwriter and producer of various Catholic music
audio productions.
-Founder and lead vocalist of Vuelta En U- Catholic music ministry since 1993
Founding and Directorship:
-Juan Jose is the founder and director of Instituto Duc In Altum, a Catholic
institute dedicated to the formation of laypeople through classes, courses,
retreats, and conferences.
